I’m Terry Jones, the baker and pastry chef behind I’m Your Baker. With 43 years of hands‑on experience across bakeries, patisseries and large‑scale hospitality, I’ve dedicated my career to the craft of baking and pastry — and to helping others master it too.

My journey began in traditional British bakeries, learning the foundations of bread, morning goods, and classic confectionery. Over the decades, I’ve worked my way through every corner of the industry: from small family shops to high‑volume production, from artisan patisserie to major event catering.

Each role shaped the proffessional I am today — practical, creative, and deeply committed to quality.

My background includes:

  • Pastry Lead for Eurovision 2023, producing over 18,000 desserts in six days
  • Owner and director of Moretti Swiss Patisserie, growing from retail to wholesale supply
  • Head Pastry Chef at ACC Liverpool (Sodexo & Centerplate)
  • Senior roles in bakeries, patisseries, and production kitchens across the UK
  • Consultant and mentor for cafés, bakeries, and hospitality venues

This mix of small‑scale craft and large‑scale production means I understand the pressures, challenges, and opportunities businesses face — and how to create solutions that genuinely work.
